Giòn Deli was founded by a passionate group of young Vietnamese committed to making healthy food exciting. Their granola products, made with high-quality ingredients and natural flavours, gained local traction—but the packaging fell short.

The product was great. The packaging? does not show that.
It didn’t pop on shelves or E-commerce platform, didn’t speak to modern healthy eaters, and definitely wasn’t ready to go global. It failed to preserve freshness during long-distance shipping.

Delicious Visual Identity
To begin with, we created an appetising, high-impact product image featuring granola with a honey background. Additionally, this was supported by a bold “Sweetened by Real Honey” callout. As a result, the packaging instantly communicates taste, texture, and ingredients—what health-focused consumers care most about.

Targeted Colour Strategy
Understanding their audience (active individuals, gym-goers, women), we designed a colour-coded range that is clean, vibrant, and category-relevant—modernising the brand while keeping it friendly and energetic.

Material Upgrade: Metallic Film

Furthermore, we recommended a new metallic packaging film that adds shelf appeal with shiny accents. At the same time, it significantly improves product freshness—crucial for export markets.

Single-Serve Format for Sampling & Promotion

To support their marketing activities and trade shows, we developed a compact single-serving pouch. Consequently, this format helps the brand easily distribute samples and drive trial.

As a result, the new packaging elevated Giòn Deli’s product to match its quality. Now, it stands out on shelves, feels premium in hand, and meets the technical needs of export markets. Most importantly, it has helped boost both local sales and international expansion.
